Brooke Sforza graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She started her career in the hospital setting working in neurosurgery followed by the intensive care unit. Deciding to further her education to gain more autonomy and have the opportunity to establish and maintain relationships with her patients, Brooke earned a master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
Pursuing a career as a nurse practitioner in oncology is very personal to Brooke. She lost her grandfather, who was like a father to her, to glioblastoma. Helping patients and their families who are experiencing similar situations is very meaningful for her.
Brooke is a Board-certified nurse practitioner that treats all types of cancers. She is married with three children and spends her free time with her family and their miniature schnauzers.
