Dr. M. Segal saved my life 26 yrs ago. I had started seeing Dr. Segal in 1999 in Circleville, Ohio. Followed him to Mt. Carmel before ending up at the Zangmeister Ctr. I adore this man, who through trial & error, found the right medicine to help me. By the Grace of God, I didnt sroke out before I found Dr. Segal. Im going to miss him terribly when he retires. Sincerely, Aleta W Noecker
