Dr. Sundaram is Board-certified in medical oncology and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from Coimbatore Medical College in India, where she completed a rotatory internship. Dr. Sundaram completed a clinical rotatory externship at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, where she also completed her residency and internship in internal medicine. Her clinical fellowship was completed in the Division of Hematology & Oncology at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute, where she was awarded the Amgen Fellowship.
Dr. Sundaram enjoys traveling, cooking and reading in her spare time. She is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Community Oncology Alliance, Columbus Medical Association, Ohio State Medical Association and the Ohio Hematology Oncology Society.

Dr. Sundaram is very nice and easy to talk to. If a certain treatment or drug is not responding as well as she would like, she has no resolution in changing and trying to find a treatment that works better for you. She does care about her patients. She fights for them. And the staff is outstanding! They really care about people and do their best to be attentive to their needs. They are all great people, and I respect them all for the work they do. And for helping to keep me alive. Thank you all !!!

Dr Sundaram is awesome. During my entire cancer journey she has been firm when needed. Caring when needed. Concerned when needed. Through with her care and treatment of me mentally & physically. During my 13 months of chemo every person that helped me was awesome. They could look and tell if i needed help, was concerned about something, ANYTHING! From Dr to staff. AWESOME.
