Morgan Leasure received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Walsh University’s Byers School of Nursing in 2017. She decided to further her education and become a family nurse practitioner to become more autonomous and provide the best possible care to her patients. With this decision in mind, she attended the family nurse practitioner program at Walsh University and obtained her master’s degree in 2022.
Morgan’s passion is oncology. Her approach to patient care is founded on establishing positive and trustworthy relationships with each patient and ensuring they are armed with all the information they need to make well-informed decisions related to their health and care journey. She is also committed to creating a safe environment so that patients feel comfortable talking about their concerns.
Morgan is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Oncology Nursing Society and the Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.
She spends her free time with her husband, son and a mini Goldendoodle named Baxter. She enjoys reading and going to the beach in the summer.
